Shipping policy

 

Orders are processed Monday through Saturdays from 9 A.M to 5 P.M. 

 

Please note that once you place your order it takes our system up to 24-48 hours to process the actual payment

 

Then your item is shipped out within 7-10 BUSINESS days from processed payment time (most times a lot sooner).

Please Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping plus 15% restocking fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live in the US, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, we encourage you to use a trackable shipping service such as USPS/UPS or purchase shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the UPS/USPS. After that, it is out of our control, and we recommend that you contact the carrier regarding your packages and file the report to claim your lost package. All packages are insured. We cannot be responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies. If you placed an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, then you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.
 
SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments.
